KEN CAIN

Ken Cain founded Sports Aid Injury Clinic in 1978 in Thundersley
and moved to the existing clinic in Hadleigh in 1987. Having trained
at Lilleshall National Sports Centre for 4 years, and working at
Southend United for 3 years after witch he became a member of The
Society of Sports Therapists which has broadened his knowledge of
sports therapy and rehabilitation.
Since opening the clinic Ken has always been linked to local football,
sports, athletic, swimming and health clubs. Clients have ranged
from pro Footballers, Golfers, pro motor cyclists,snooker players,
motor racing drivers and international netball players.
Elite clientele has only formed part of the clinic practice, and
sports therapy has been another part of the practice. The overall
client base is formed from the grassroots of sports from school
students to O A Ps whether injury occurs during sport, work, or
domestic duties. With over 25 years of management of injury and
rehab in private practice the clinic has built a vast experience
in treatment of acute and chronic injuries.

CLINIC
The clinic comprises
of 3 separate and private treatment rooms all centrally heated tastefully
decorated, and well equipped with modern day modalities to assist
in treatment of injury and rehab. A large reception and waiting
area, toilet and shower facilities .All treatment rooms are large
enough to allow either a parent or partner to accompany children
or partners during treatment. Large on site private car park means
no hassle parking.
BACK CARE & BACK MAINTENANCE

I Offer a Back care scheme as a preventative measure.
The backswing allows inversion therapy, thus reducing pressures
of the spinal vertebrae and internal organs from the normal
gravitational pressures.
